Inequality has become a widely discussed topic, both in academic research and in the public debate. What are the causes and consequences of inequality? This international conference sheds light on the role of politics and of social, ethnic and gender identities.

Topics include labor-market inequality, unequal political representation, digital inequality, institutional inequality in European integration, the Monetary Union, the euro crisis, and many others.
